"Through my own personal experiences, education and personal growth, I have developed an approach to fitness that is truly effective. And I share with my clients what others have shared with me – their own very personal and valuable lessons in nurturing the body, mind and spirit."
"The ONLY fat loss method that should ever be considered is one that incorporates a balanced nutrition program at an appropriate caloric value for your body WITH a proper exercise program. You should never consider one without the other."
"In designing individual fitness programs, I draw from my extensive backgrounds in traditional fitness and education at NASM, as well as drawing from my experiences in gymnastics, long distance running and yoga. I get to know my clients' strengths and passions so that the program I recommend will succeed. It is most important that it be enjoyable for my clients."
"My goal is to have my clients fall in love with their new lifestyle and, as a result, achieve life-long fitness. As an exercise science professional, I specialize in safely prescribing and monitoring an exercise program tailored to an individual's needs, in a sports/exercise setting."
